The UX research team all dressed up and scientific for a company event where we did some usability testing and taught people how we work.
I am a long-time UX’r with deep experience in high-impact qualitative UX research. As a passionate people manager, I thrive when I am building a team that works well together. As a mentor and coach, I am gratified by supporting folks in discovering and reaching their career goals. I am especially gifted in creating operational processes to get UX design and research work done smoothly and efficiently, complementing the product delivery lifecycle with maximum impact on the business.
